Established in 2022, Directeam is the realization of a shared vision by Stefanos Papaeconomou, Thomas Grigoropoulos, and Nikos Maletsikos. All three of them, formerly integral members of the Sani/Ikos project management team, bring a wealth of experience in the realms of construction and project management. Their collaboration culminated in the founding of Directeam, a company dedicated to delivering excellence in project management services.

With a decade-long tenure at ZINON ATHANASIADIS SA, Stefanos served as a mechanical engineer and construction manager overseeing diverse projects. Subsequently, he joined the SANI/IKOS development team, contributing three years as a Project Manager specifically focused on the successful execution of 5-star hotel projects. Following this, Stefanos ventured into freelancing, lending his expertise to various projects. These experiences have enriched his skills and insights, forming a robust foundation for his role at Directeam.

Thomas served as Construction Manager at Andreadis Zissiadis SA for 7 years, overseeing diverse construction projects. He ensured adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets, fostering effective coordination among stakeholders and implementing robust quality control measures. Following his tenure at Andreadis Zissiadis SA, Thomas joined the Sani/Ikos Group's development team for 6 years. He contributed expertise to luxury hotel projects, collaborating with senior management, utilizing advanced project management techniques, and ensuring meticulous budgeting and cost monitoring.

Nikos served as a Project Manager at Sani/Ikos Group for 2 years, where he contributed his expertise to the development team. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in overseeing projects related to luxurious residences, ensuring meticulous planning, resource allocation, and quality control. Subsequently, Nikos spent 6 years at Themelio SA, where he continued his dedication to the construction of luxurious residences. As a Project Manager, he effectively managed project timelines, budgets, and resources, while upholding rigorous quality standards to deliver outstanding results.
